Three Tigers is the brainchild of Scott Wilkins. I initially created the branding and design for his first Vietnamese food truck called Mai Chau. I worked with him as he transioned into a brick and mortar, and then opened Three Tigers as a bar/restuarant annex of Mai Chau. Today they thrive in a completely renovated Fire Station.

The old red brick fire station got a complete make-over with floor to ceiling glass garage doors and a “beer garden” area. And of course, as is with my designs, paint it black!

The exterior is so spot on it’s hardly distinquishable from my initial rendering. Sans table umbrellas, because, well, we didn’t need ‘em.

My identity work touches everything in the bar/restaurant. I create the vibes for this “small-town Vietnamese Bluegrass Folk Hippie Brewery”.
